It’s lovely to meet you! We are Chelsey and Ben. We live in rural Lincolnshire with our dog Venus and we are passionate about all things Goddesses, healing and spirituality.

1. What types of items do you sell?

We specialise in spiritual and holistic products which channel the Goddess and Divine Feminine Energy within. This includes a variety of crystals, gemstones, ritual tools, spiritual decor, and other sacred items. We also offer crystal sets and curated goddess collections to support your spiritual journey.

2. How do I choose the right crystal for me?

Choosing a crystal can be a deeply personal decision. We suggest choosing the one you feel most drawn to or consulting our guides on crystal properties. If you’re not sure, feel free to contact us for personalised recommendations.

3. Do you offer guidance or spiritual advice on how to use the items?

Yes, we provide general guidance and tips for using our products in your spiritual practices. Each product page often includes information on the item’s metaphysical properties and uses. We also have a blog with articles, tips, and resources.

Ordering & Shipping

4. How can I place an order?

Orders can be placed directly through our website. Simply browse our collection, add the items you love to your cart, and follow the prompts to checkout securely.

5. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment options. Details are provided during the checkout process.

6. Do you offer international shipping?

At the moment this isn’t available, but we are aiming to provide this service soon.

7. How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Our parcels are sent via EVRI and should be delivered 5-7 days after despatch. Despatch takes 2-3 working days.

8. How much does shipping cost?

We currently offer a flat rate of £3 for shipping.

Product Questions

12. Are the crystals natural or synthetic?

All of our crystals are 100% natural and ethically sourced. We believe in offering genuine stones to ensure the best energy and spiritual benefits for our customers.

13. How do I cleanse or charge my crystals?

We recommend a few simple methods for cleansing and charging your crystals: placing them under the moonlight, using sage or palo santo, or resting them on a bed of selenite. Please be aware that Clear Quartz crystals should NOT be placed in direct sunlight, as it causes a fire risk.

14. Do you offer custom crystal sets?

Yes! We are happy to create custom sets for you. Contact us with your preferences, intentions, or needs, and we will create a personalised selection just for you.

15. Are the items cleansed or charged before shipping?

Yes, we cleanse and charge all items before shipping them to ensure they are energetically clear and ready for your use. We take care to provide you with spiritually aligned products.

Gift Options & Loyalty Program

16. Do you offer gift wrapping?

Currently only our Goddess or Mystery boxes come with gift wrapping. If you wish add some, please contact us at: appletreegroupltd@gmail.com and we will be happy to assist. Please note there will be an additional fee of £4 for gift wrapping (not including Goddess or mystery boxes).

17. Can I include a personalised message with my gift?

Absolutely! Just let us know at checkout, and we will include your special message with the package.

20. Do you have a physical store I can visit?

At the moment, we are exclusively online, but we occasionally attend spiritual fairs and markets. Follow us on social media for updates on our dedicated group page.

Yes, we offer limited consultations to help you select the right products for your needs. Contact us to set up an appointment and explore how we can assist you on your spiritual path.
