The Goddess Shop Shipping and Returns Policy

At The Goddess Shop, we aim to ensure that you love your purchases as much as we do. However, if you need to return an item, we’ve outlined our return policy below in accordance with UK law.

Shipping Information

The Goddess Shop provides shipping to UK mainland only. The carrier is EVRI and we aim to despatch your items within 2-3 working days. Delivery should be received within 5-7 working days following despatch.

Your Right to Cancel

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your items. If you decide to cancel:

  • Please notify us in writing via email within 14 days of receipt.

  • Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging.

  • You are responsible for the cost of returning the item.

Returning Items

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Package the item securely to prevent damage during transit.

  3. Post the item to:

Please obtain proof of postage, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned items:

  • A refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days.

  • Refunds cover the cost of the item(s) only. Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Damaged or Faulty Items

We take great care to ensure your items arrive in perfect condition. If your order arrives damaged or faulty:

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item with your order details and photographs of the damage.

  • We will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund, depending on the situation.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons, including:

  • Jewellery

  • Personalised or handmade items.
